TBT x HEARTFIRE

All Glory to God.

HEARTFIRE is back, returning after our 2023 Championship. HEARTFIRE is incredibly fortunate to have an amazing team led by Mark Dyer, our GM, and the legendary coach Homer Drew, with LaPhonso Ellis and Ron Katich guiding us. They've inspired twelve exceptionally talented players to compete for something bigger than just winning.

It's a tremendous honor for us to be associated with this exceptional team, and we pray that our mission—to bring hope and healing to a hurting world through Christ-centered medical and humanitarian missions—will impact lives globally. When your passion for serving the King sets your heart ablaze, its impact knows no bounds!

Jeremiah 20:9

Who is HEARTFIRE?

  • Medicine

HEARTFIRE is a medical missions organization who emphasizes caring for people around the world through faith and medicine. Surgical, medical clinics, and emergency response teams.

  • Reverse Missions

“Reverse Missions” means that not only are we bringing the gospel to each of our locations around the world, but also pouring into our own participants. College students all over the world (Clemson, Baylor, etc) are deeply impacted.

  • Humanitarian

With a combination of medical and humanitarian teams, we are able to reach far beyond the hospital. Access to clean water, the word of God, and basic needs are provided by our teams.

Back for more.

After our 2023 Championship, we are hungry for more.

After making it to the Sweet 16 in 2024, we are excited to return to the Basketball Tournament in 2025 and reclaim our trophy.

In loving memory…

Janet was the rock and heartbeat of her family, a steadfast presence in the stands, cheering on her husband, children, and grandchildren. But her impact went far beyond the sidelines. She offered boundless encouragement, unwavering support, and heartfelt prayers to all who knew her. Her warm smile and welcoming presence reflected her deep faith in Jesus Christ, whom she cherished as her guiding light.

Her greatest joy was her family, yet Janet found fulfillment in teaching elementary school and mentoring aspiring educators. She naturally extended her nurturing spirit to support many coaches' wives, offering compassion and guidance as they balanced the demands of marriage and motherhood in a challenging profession.

Thank you Janet, on behalf of all sports fans, educators, and believers.
